Yesterday I visited the grand opening of the new Pokemon Center Osaka DX store in Shinsaibashi. At the far backside, there was a little cabinet that not many people paid attention to.
There it was, a super cute little 24-Karat gold Pikatchi Pokemon figure. Now, I don’t read Japanese, but I saw K24 and what seems like a 400,000 Japanese Yen price tag. I am not 100% sure, but from what I can tell that might be it.
Here is a closeup photo of the 24 Carat gold Pikachu. Wouldn’t you want one of those (I don’t know if there is more than one)?
That’s definitely the most expensive item at the Pokemon Store right there. I wonder why not many people looked at it. Maybe because it’s hard to read what it actually is. But it caught my attention because it was golden and super cute.
I’ve read about a 24K gold Pikachu card, but never head about a 24K golden Pikachu figure. It’s a must-have for any enthusiast Pokemon collector, one who can afford to pay such a high price for it.
